Dashboards and Reporting
Reporting your leadership actually opens, built in Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics or your warehouse.
The problem
Reporting usually fails in one of two directions: nobody reads it, or people read it and act on figures that were never verified. Both are expensive and neither is obvious from inside.
- Someone rebuilds the same spreadsheet every Monday morning.
- Leadership asks for one number and gets three different answers.
- The dashboard was built, signed off, and nobody has opened it since.
- The report tells you what happened but not what to do about it.
What you get
- ✓Dashboard design against the decisions you actually make
- ✓Adobe Analytics Workspace or Looker Studio build
- ✓Quarter over quarter and channel breakdowns that reconcile
- ✓Documented definitions, so two people reading it agree what it means
We build the reporting around the decisions you actually make, in Adobe Analytics Workspace, Looker Studio, or against your warehouse. Channel performance, quarter over quarter movement, and the breakdowns your leadership asks for by name.
Every definition gets written down, so two people reading the same number agree on what it means. That sounds like documentation housekeeping and it is the difference between a report people trust and a report people argue about.
What it costs
A dashboard build typically runs 20 to 50 hours at $160 per hour. Ongoing monthly reporting is available on a care plan.
Frequently asked questions
Can you work with the tools we already have?
Yes. We build in Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio or on top of your warehouse. We would rather improve what your team already opens than introduce another tool nobody logs into.
What if our underlying data is a mess?
Then a dashboard will present that mess faster and more confidently. We check the data before building on it, and if it needs fixing first we will say so before taking the work.
Who maintains it afterwards?
You can, and we document it so that is realistic. If you would rather not, ongoing reporting is part of the Managed Growth care plan.
